Intradco Horse Stall Vinyl Wrap Install
We're proud to share this exciting project that has kept us very busy recently.
We were contacted in Summer 2025 by London based Intradco Global, leaders in specialist equestrian aviation transport. They were looking for a Stoke on Trent based signage specialist to work with a leading local engineering company to wrap a number of their new build equestrian transport stalls.
We accepted the challenge, and set to work testing various vinyl substrates for adherance and durability. The application surface was challenging to say the least, with protruding welds, and labour intensive trimming around doors, access panels, apertures locks and hinges etc. We test fitted a length of Drytac Polar cast vinyl with cast laminate that gave good adherance, and repositionining qualities, offering a good fit and finish, although heat shrinking into each individual weld was time consuming but necessary.
The first prototype/test install was completed in September 2025 subject to approvals. January 2026 we were commissioned to wrap a further 5 units, on site, two of a slightly different design.
It has certainly been a challenge, and we were working to a tight schedule, as the stalls were scheduled to begin work. Over 150 metres of cast vinyl was printed on our brand new HP latex 630W wide format machine, so we can consider the machine 'run in'!

This unique project has demonstrated our flexibility and versatility, whilst managing a challenging project of this scale. The overall finish of the stalls are stunning.
