Tunstall based Phoenix Gas Services entrusted us with the livery branding for the roll out of their new fleet of vans, over 50 in total of various sizes and configurations.

Working alongside Vincent Lorberg, Fleet manager, and in conjunction with the supplier of the new fleet Northgate Vehicle Hire in Stoke, this has been the largest fleet of vans Engage Creative have undertaken to date.

From the outset, we designed and presented visuals and layouts for each profile of van model, keeping the branding simple, clear and effective, working within the infill panels of the specific van models. With full colour solid print, we opted for a premium 7 year air release print vinyl with gloss UV over laminate, printed in-house on our Roland large format solvent printer.

The side, and rear door kits were printed, laminated, and contour cut to size and shape prior to coordinated install dates. Due to the logistics of a fleet of this size, we installed the fleet on-site at Northgate Stoke. We must add that the team at Northgate have been very accommodating, finding room for us indoors on each install visit for multiple vans in their workshop. We hope to work together again in the future.

Our team have worked faultlessly producing the kits, preparing and cleaning each vehicle and panel prior to install and application, whilst hitting the timescales. We’ve seen many of the new fleet of vans going about their business, and have to say, they do look great, and its been a fantastic project to be a part of.
